We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with strong expertise in Sage accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations, including management accounts, full P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, compliance, and day-to-day finance activities. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of driving financial accuracy, strategic insights, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Management Accounts
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with full Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Cash Flow Management & Forecasting
• Monitor and manage cash flow on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasts and financial projections.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to liquidity and working capital.
Day-to-Day Finance Operations
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in Sage.
• Supervise and support the finance team in routine financial tasks.
Costing & Budget Control
• Manage product/service costing and margin analysis.
• Prepare budgets and monitor performance against budget.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory and government regulations (VAT, tax filings, payroll, etc.).
• Prepare and submit required financial returns in a timely manner.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders as needed.
Systems & Process Improvement
• Utilize Sage effectively for reporting, analysis, and process automation. ( SAGE is preferred)
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and controls.
• Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

Key Requirements
Education & Experience
• Professional qualification such as CA / CMA (India) / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sage accounting software.
Technical Skills
• Expertise in management accounts and full P&L reporting.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Proficiency in costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of government compliance and financial regulations.
Soft Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
