Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Specialist. As a Business Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analyses, preparing strategic plans, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You will manage communication between teams, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to key business decisions that align with the organization's goals. This role is central to driving efficiency and innovation within ZySec AI’s multidisciplinary environment.
Qualifications
- Manage end-to-end operations across Purchase Orders, invoicing, collections, and vendor coordination
- Support sales operations including order processing, documentation, and client follow-ups
- Oversee accounts receivable, payment tracking, and maintain financial discipline
- Assist in GST filing (India) and support basic accounting for India and UAE entities
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, invoicing standards, and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records, generate reports, and ensure data integrity across systems
- Coordinate with internal teams, external accountants, and auditors as a central operations point
- Drive process improvements in finance, procurement, and business operations using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
