Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Finance Specialist will oversee financial and accounting management tasks such as preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role includes budget planning, monitoring cash flow, and providing financial advice to support strategic decisions. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall financial efficiency and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum exp: 6+ years
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial performances and identify trends
- Finance expertise with knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and investment strategies and taxation compliances
- Experience in preparing and understanding Financial Statements
- Proficient in Accounting principles, practices, and tools
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex financial concepts effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a team or independently
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in real estate or interior design industries is a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, zoho books or ERP systems, or similar platforms
