Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Finance Specialist will perform financial analysis, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. They will monitor budgets, identify financial trends, and collaborate with various teams to provide actionable insights. Regular tasks also include ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and supporting decision-making with precise financial data.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, Financial Statements, and Accounting
- Proficient in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are an advantage
