Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Specialist, based in Noida, with some remote work flexibility. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Finance and the preparation and analysis of Financial Statements
- Demonstrated expertise in Accounting processes and practices
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting complex data and deriving actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and tools; ERP system experience is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative hybrid work environment
- Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are highly desirable
