Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Specialist based in South Delhi. The Finance Specialist will manage financial records, prepare financial statements, and oversee accounting functions. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing budgets, and coordinating financial reporting. Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting concepts, with experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and financial planning
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices in accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications like CPA/CFA is a plus)
- Proficiency in financial tools and software
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
