Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Devanahalli (KIADB Industrial Area). The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, handling accounting tasks, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The role includes monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and assisting in financial reporting. Strong collaboration with internal teams is required to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finance and expertise in Financial Statements
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data
- Expertise in Accounting practices and procedures
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective reporting and collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel or accounting systems
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industries is a plus
