About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Program Coordinator for Project Puthri. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing initiatives that support women’s empowerment, skill development, and leadership growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for social causes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels. You will play a crucial role in driving program success, ensuring smooth operations, and amplifying the impact of our initiatives on the community.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, community development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of women’s issues, gender equality, and social empowerment initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor programs aimed at women’s empowerment and skill enhancement.
- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate program activities.
- Organize workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to promote gender equality.
- Manage program budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program impact and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and innovative approaches to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legal frameworks.
