We’re Hiring | Finance Solution Consultant (Chartered Accountant) 🚀
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong finance process expertise and ERP experience to join our team as a Finance Solution Consultant.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Business Process Automation.
🔹 Role: Finance Solution Consultant
🔹 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)
🔹 Experience: 8+ Years
🔹 Location: Chennai / Bengaluru
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Understand and analyze customer finance processes including AP, AR, reconciliations, invoice workflows, and consolidated financial statements
✔ Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and functional analysis
✔ Design automation solutions for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
✔ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for solution implementation
✔ Support customer onboarding, UAT, training, and solution delivery
✔ Drive finance process improvements using automation best practices
Required Skills:
✅ Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
✅ Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting workflows, and reconciliations
✅ Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Odoo, ERPNext, Ramco, etc.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Prior experience in finance consulting, ERP implementation, or financial systems is preferred
