We’re Hiring: Finance Content Writer
If you’ve only worked on SEO or blog writing, this role isn’t for you.
We are strictly looking for someone with social media finance script writing experience.
If you haven’t written at least 100+ short-form finance scripts before, it’s better you don’t apply.
We’re looking for people who deeply understand finance and know how to make it work on social media — hooks, retention, storytelling, pacing, and attention.
At Dime, we don’t create “educational content.”
We create content that is unqiue and makes people stop scrolling, watch, and understand money better.
What you’ll do:
- Write high-retention scripts for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube
- Break down topics across personal finance, tax, economy, markets, and business
- Come up with strong hooks, fresh angles, and engaging storytelling formats
- Build content that is simple, sharp, and designed for performance
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in writing finance content for social media
- You’ve already written 100+ short-form scripts
- You understand finance, economy, markets, and money deeply
- Strong understanding of social media storytelling and audience retention
- You consume a lot of content and understand what works online
- You can simplify complex financial topics better than most people
This role is NOT for you if:
- You’ve only worked on blogs, SEO, or static content
- You understand content but not finance deeply
- You struggle to make finance feel interesting
- You don’t understand short-form content deeply
Bonus if:
- You’ve written content that has performed really well
- You naturally think in formats, series, and recurring ideas
- You can break down difficult topics in a way that feels fresh and sharp
