This role is a Strategic FP&A Manager responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive financial excellence and sustainable business growth. You will develop and nurture human capital by fostering a culture of autonomy, skill development, and well-being in alignment with the company’s "8 human fundamentals."

A primary focus is operational excellence, where you will optimize FP&A processes, modernize reporting tools, and implement global governance standards. You are expected to drive the full financial cycle, including strategic planning (BP), annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts, ensuring all outputs provide actionable insights. By acting as a proactive business partner, you will challenge current ways of working and use data-driven predictive models to manage performance.

The role integrates financial and extra-financial data (Planet, Human, Economic) to support holistic, sustainable value creation. You will also protect the business by securing integrity, risk mitigation, and strict compliance with internal codes of conduct. Ultimately, you serve as a bridge between data and strategy, communicating complex performance metrics to stakeholders for optimized decision-making.
