The Mandate
This is not a traditional job vacancy. This is an official Index Call for Operatif, a SaaS-driven Market Intelligence platform used by Private Equity and Growth Equity funds to map the top quartile of finance leadership.
We are moving away from the static resume model to build a high-fidelity bench of Finance Architects, operators calibrated for institutional scale ($50M–$1B+ EV) who drive EBITDA expansion rather than just reporting it
The Operator We Are Indexing
We are specifically mapping high-trajectory Finance Leaders across Financial Services, FinTech, Retail, and Q-Commerce who fit the following profiles:
- CFOs & VPs: Proven turnaround specialists with deep P&L ownership and a track record of multiple expansion
- High-Trajectory Directors: Elite finance leaders currently at $1B+ organizations (e.g., Walmart, UPS, Thrasio) who are ready for their first PortCo CFO or COO seat.
The Admission Standard (Hard Signals Only)
Operatif replaces prose with Execution DNA. To be accepted into the Q2 Index, you must be able to verify "Hard Signals" across your career history:
- EBITDA Impact: Specific examples of engineered margin expansion and cost optimization.
- Capital Efficiency: Proven multiples on deployed capital and disciplined financial controls.
- M&A & Integration: Direct experience in due diligence, deal integration, and capturing post-merger value.
- Scale Calibration: Experience managing 9-figure budgets and complex, global operations
