Finance & Operations Transformation Head (GCC)

Role Overview:-

We are seeking a Finance & Operations Transformation Lead to support our fast-growing US-based client who runs global business through our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This is a high-impact role focused on improving cash flow, profitability, operating discipline and organizational effectiveness across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

FINANCE STRATEGY & CASH MANAGEMENT

a.     Support expansion of credit facilities through financial analysis and data-backed proposals.

b.     Strengthen cash flow forecasting, collections tracking and payment controls.

c.      Assist leadership in identifying tax efficiency opportunities in partnership with advisors.

OPERATIONAL & COST OPTIMIZATION

a.     Analyze inventory and returns data to identify slow-moving SKUs and recommend optimization strategies.

b.     Identify cost-reduction opportunities across vendors and operating expenses.

c.      Support vendor negotiations with structured data and scenario analysis.

WORKFORCE & COMPENSATION OPTIMIZATION

a.     Assess workforce productivity and utilization to identify improvement areas.

b.     Support redesign of compensation structures aligned with performance and business outcomes.

c.      Track productivity and performance metrics.

SYSTEMS & PROCESS ENABLEMENT

a.     Support implementation of Zoho HR modules including attendance, performance management, and payroll alignment.

b.     Ensure scalable, auditable HR and finance processes.

STAKEHOLDER & LEADERSHIP SUPPORT

a.     Prepare dashboards, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.

b.     Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 8–12 years of experience in finance operations, business transformation or CFO-office roles.

-         Experience in MNCs, Big4 advisory or high-growth businesses preferred.

-         Exposure to cash flow management, cost optimization, and operational analytics.

Skills

-         Financial analysis and cash flow forecasting

-         Cost optimization and operational reporting

-         Workforce productivity analysis

-         ERP / HRMS / Zoho exposure

-         Strong communication and execution orientation

Location & Criteria

-         GCC location in India (Mumbai/ Chennai) for a role supporting US and global operations.

-         Should have minimum 10 Yrs of proven experience in similar portfolios.

-         Willing to work in Night Shift (USA Hours)

-         Should have excellent Leadership, Senior customer engagement & business skills.

-         Willing to join in 30 days

-         This will be hybrid role – Mostly working from office
