ABOUT THE COMPANIES
Infoaccts is a UAE-based finance business consulting firm serving SME clients across the Middle East and globally. NeuroxLedger is a fintech product company building next-generation accounting and financial intelligence software for the MENA market. Both entities are headquartered in the UAE, with their India operations and R&D centre being established in Goa.
This is a foundational hire ,in our Goa office. You will be the person who builds this operation from the ground up, working directly with the UAE-based founder.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance & compliance
• Manage month-end close, bookkeeping, and reconciliations for the existing Infoaccts client base
• File all India-entity statutory returns: GST (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS (24Q/26Q), advance tax, PT
• Handle MCA/ROC annual filings, director KYC, and company secretarial matters
• Set up and manage intercompany invoicing between UAE parent entity and India WOS under the intercompany services agreement
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow reports for the UAE founder
• Liaise with the external auditor for annual statutory audit of the India entity
Operations & office setup
• Act as the on-ground lead for setting up the Goa office , workspace, vendor empanelment, utilities, IT setup
• Build and document SOPs for all back-office functions so the team can be hired, trained, and replicated
• Manage day-to-day operational workflows: client deliverables, turnaround timelines, quality checks
• Onboard and manage junior hires as the team grows (target: 2–4 hires in year one)
• Coordinate HR basics: payroll processing, leave management, offer letters, PF/ESI registration
NeuroxLedger support
• Support India-side operations for NeuroxLedger as the product scales — vendor payments, contracts, compliance
• Assist in onboarding R&D and marketing team members as hiring begins in year one
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• CA (ICAI) or CMA, ACCA,CPA qualified — actively practicing or industry experience
• Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or operations
• Hands-on with Indian compliance: GST, TDS, MCA filings — not just supervisory experience
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight and reporting to a remote founder
• Strong communication skills — able to liaise directly with UAE-based management and global clients
• Experience with accounting software: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero ,SAP, Dynamics or similar
• Goa-based or willing to relocate and commit to being on-ground from day one
• Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build a team and a function, not just execute tasks
Nice to have (not mandatory)
• Prior experience with cross-border intercompany transactions or transfer pricing documentation
• Exposure to a UAE or GCC-based company or client
• Understanding of SaaS or fintech business models
• Experience setting up a new office or entity from scratch
