We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to manage invoicing, collections, and accounts operations for a growing customer base. This role requires someone who can handle high-volume transactions, ensure timely invoice generation, and drive consistent payment follow-ups while managing a small team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end invoicing for multiple customers (monthly / recurring / one-time)
Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation
Track due and overdue payments and drive collections
Perform regular follow-ups via email, calls, and WhatsApp
Maintain a structured tracker for invoices, payments, and follow-ups
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
Coordinate with sales and support teams for billing inputs
Supervise and guide team members handling accounts tasks
Prepare reports on collections, overdue, and cash flow status
