Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Operations Head to lead and manage the organization’s financial operations. The role focuses on ensuring financial discipline, compliance, efficient cash flow management, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounting, reporting, and audits
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and financial controls
- Oversee fee collections, reconciliation, and revenue tracking
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Implement and improve financial systems and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership for decision-making
- Lead and manage the finance team across branches
Core Competencies :
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Control
- Compliance & Taxation
- Cash Flow & Revenue Management
- ERP/Accounting Systems (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Key Requirements :
- Strong experience in finance operations and compliance management
- Experience in education institutions / multi-branch operations preferred
- Proven ability to manage large-scale financial processes
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
