Location: Mumbai | 1–2 Years Experience
If you enjoy working with numbers, solving reconciliation puzzles, and being at the core of financial operations, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage daily reconciliations across bank accounts, lending partners, payment gateways (PGs), and LMS
Track disbursements, collections, repayments, and settlements with high accuracy
Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers
Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory and partner requirements
Collaborate with NBFC partners, payment providers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in Finance Ops (NBFC / Fintech / BFSI)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Strong coordination and communication skills
