🚀 We’re Hiring | Finance & Accounts Operations | NeeevAI
NeeevAI is looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to take ownership of our day-to-day finance operations and work closely with the Founder, external CA, HR and business teams.
💼 What you’ll handle:
• Accounts Payable & Vendor Payments
• Customer Invoicing, Receivables & Collections
• Razorpay & payment reconciliation
• Payroll coordination & processing
• Bookkeeping & bank/vendor/customer reconciliations
• Finance MIS & management reporting
• Cash flow, receivables & payables tracking
• GST, TDS & statutory compliance coordination
• Finance documentation, processes & automation
🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 2–5 years of relevant Accounts/Finance experience
• Strong AP, AR, invoicing & bookkeeping knowledge
• Hands-on Tally/TallyPrime experience
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Good ownership, follow-up & attention to detail
• Razorpay, GST/TDS and payroll experience is a plus
• Startup/technology/education experience is a plus
🎯 Success in this role means:
• Invoices are accurate and raised on time
• Collections are actively followed up and receivables stay under control
• Payroll and vendor payments happen accurately and on schedule
• Books and reconciliations are always up to date
• Monthly finance MIS is timely and reliable
• GST/TDS inputs reach the CA accurately and on time
• Founders have clear visibility into cash, receivables, payables and financial position

Full-time | 2–5 years experience
This is a full-time, hands-on Finance & Accounts Operations role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of the entire day-to-day finance workflow rather than functioning only as a bookkeeping/accounting resource.
