Role: Finance & Operations Executive

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in a CA/CS firm who can independently manage compliance, filings, and client coordination. The role involves working closely with startup founders and handling end-to-end regulatory and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company incorporation and startup registration processes
• Draft and review incorporation documents ( MOA, AOA, board resolutions, etc.)
• Manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filings
• Execute ROC filings and ensure ongoing statutory compliance
• Maintain statutory registers and company records
• Assist in preparation and review of financial statements and reports
• Coordinate directly with clients for documentation and compliance requirements
• Ensure timely completion of filings and adherence to deadlines
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency
• Work closely with founders on finance and compliance matters

Who Should Apply

• Candidates currently working or having prior experience in a CA/CS firm
• Graduates in B.Com, BBA, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Candidates pursuing CA/CS/preferred
• Strong practical knowledge of ROC, GST, TDS, and tax compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/compliance tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good communication and client-handling skills
