Job Description: Finance Officer (Equity-Based) – HiWox Role Overview
HiWox is building a
Healthcare Operating System (HOS) integrating health intelligence, execution networks, and data systems.
We are looking for a
Finance Officer (Equity-Based) who will design, manage, and optimize the
financial architecture of a multi-layer healthcare ecosystem from zero to scale.
This is a
strategic + execution role, focused on financial modeling, fundraising readiness, and building sustainable revenue systems.
Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Strategy & Planning - Develop short-term and long-term financial models
- Define unit economics across:
- B2C (subscriptions, programs)
- B2B (hospitals, corporates)
- Marketplace commissions
- Create revenue projections and cost structures
- Fundraising & Investor Readiness
- Build:
- Financial projections
- Valuation models
- Budget forecasts
- Support:
- Investor decks (financial sections)
- Grant applications and incubation programs
- Assist in fundraising strategy and capital planning
- Revenue & Cost Optimization
- Analyze:
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Lifetime value (LTV)
- Gross margins across services
- Identify opportunities to:
- Improve profitability
- Reduce operational costs
- Recommend pricing strategies
- Financial Systems & Compliance
- Set up:
- Accounting frameworks
- Financial tracking systems
- Budgeting processes
- Ensure:
- Regulatory and statutory compliance
- Readiness for Pvt. Ltd. incorporation
- Coordinate with external CAs/legal advisors
- Marketplace & Ecosystem Financial Design
- Design revenue-sharing models for:
- Vendors (clinics, food partners, service providers)
- Build:
- Commission structures
- Incentive models
- Ensure financial sustainability of the ecosystem
- Strategic Decision Support
- Work closely with founder on:
- Expansion planning
- Investment prioritization
- Financial risk assessment
- Provide insights for key business decisions
Required Qualifications - Background in:
- Finance / Accounting / Commerce / MBA Finance / CA (or equivalent experience)
- Strong skills in:
- Financial modeling
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Business analysis
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in:
- Startups / early-stage companies
- Healthcare / marketplace / SaaS models
- Understanding of:
- Fundraising processes
- Unit economics of multi-revenue businesses
