Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer for a full-time on-site role based in Dehradun. The Finance Officer will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring audits, and providing financial insights to aid decision-making within the Company.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant - Mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounts.
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance-related operations.
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Experience working in an educational or non-profit organization is beneficial.
