Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Officer based in Chennai. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. The role involves conducting financial analysis, providing recommendations for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Proven expertise in Finance and Analytical Skills for effective decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification like CA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus
