Role Description

 This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst, located in Solan. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting management in decision-making. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monitoring financial performance. The role involves evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market and financial research, and identifying cost-saving measures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing financial models, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards, and coordinating with various departments to provide insights for business growth and efficiency.  

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis, audits, and internal checks

Ensure compliance with accounting standards & statutory regulations

Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and suggest process improvements

Prepare detailed reports & provide actionable insights to management

Qualifications :

CA / ICWA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience :

10–12 years of experience in auditing, financial accounting, or analysis

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail & excellent communication skills, Knowledge of Internal Controls and compliance regulations, Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

"Experience in the education sector is an advantage"
