Role Overview
This is not a routine finance role.
We are looking for a high-impact Finance & MIS professional who will operate at the intersection of financial analytics, AI-driven insights, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with leadership to build intelligent MIS systems, leverage AI for automation and insights, and contribute to IPO readiness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end MIS reporting, delivering insight-rich reports to leadership
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Translate financial data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles
- Perform deep-dive variance and trend analysis using data-driven approaches
- Manage financial reconciliations, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Play a key role in IPO readiness, including financial structuring, due diligence, and documentation
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors, consultants, and teams for seamless compliance execution
- Build automated dashboards and scalable MIS frameworks using modern tools
- Continuously improve processes using AI, automation, and analytics
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: CA Inter (Both Groups preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years in Finance / MIS / Accounts
- Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books
- Exposure to IPO processes / due diligence / investor reporting is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in compliance handling (statutory, audit, regulatory)
- Academic Excellence: Consistent 70%+ across 10th, 12th, and Graduation (non-negotiable)
Core Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, dashboards, automation)
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books (mandatory)
- Understanding of AI tools for finance productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel automation, data analysis tools)
- Ability to use AI for data cleaning, report generation, and insight extraction
- Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS architecture, and business metrics
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, audit processes, and financial governance
- High ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution excellence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
