Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Noida. The Finance Manager will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and managing budgets. The role will also include tasks such as financial forecasting, tax planning, compliance management, and offering strategic recommendations. Overseeing accounts and ensuring adherence to financial regulations are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA are a must.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance regulations, and cost management strategies.
- Proficiency in accounting tools and software, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience in preparing budgets, managing financial statements, and conducting audits.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a professional environment is highly desirable.
