Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Finance Manager specializing in the Real Estate sector. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for real estate projects. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, investment analysis, cost control, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves working closely with project teams to provide insights that drive business performance and efficiency, as well as managing relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management
• Knowledge of cost and revenue forecasting specific to the real estate sector
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and tax planning related to real estate projects
• Experience in investment analysis, risk management, and strategic financial planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder and team engagement
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights
• Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (e.g., MBA, CA, CPA preferred)
• Professional experience in real estate finance or related industries is highly desirable
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
