Job PurposeWe are seeking a Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial records through strong general ledger oversight, robust reconciliation practices, and effective financial controls. This role also focuses on driving process automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports with high accuracy and timeliness
- Perform variance analysis and present key insights to management
🔹 Cash Flow Management & Forecasting
- Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal liquidity
- Prepare cash flow statements and forecasts
🔹 Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Support annual budgeting, income statements, and balance sheet preparation
- Assist in forecasting and identifying cost optimization opportunities
- Track budget adherence and highlight variances
🔹 Process Improvements & Internal Controls
- Drive automation initiatives across finance operations
- Strengthen internal controls and minimize financial risks
- Develop and update finance policies and SOPs
Secondary Responsibilities🔹 KPI & Operational Support
- Develop and monitor KPIs for operational and financial performance
- Support performance benchmarking and outcome evaluation
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination
- Assist leadership with financial insights, ad-hoc analysis, and strategic planning
🔹 Digital & Analytics Focus
- Leverage AI-driven analytics and financial tools
- Utilize advanced Excel and BI tools for data-driven decision-making
Requirements ✔ Strong expertise in general ledger, reconciliations, and financial controls
✔ Experience in automation and process improvement initiatives
✔ Proficiency in Advanced Excel and BI tools
✔ Exposure to digital finance transformation / analytics is preferred
