Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager (International Consolidation) in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage financial consolidations for international operations, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing consolidated financial statements, coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes, managing intercompany transactions, and ensuring financial reporting accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across domestic and international locations to optimize financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial consolidation, financial reporting, and global accounting standards, particularly IFRS or US GAAP.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial tools and systems, such as ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and spreadsheet analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in team collaboration, leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification; an MBA in Finance is advantageous.
