About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for leading a team and managing operations related to company incorporation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills along with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end processes in this domain.
Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi

We work closely with startups, SMEs, and corporates across India, offering services related to incorporation, taxation, licensing, compliance, and allied fintech-enabled solutions.
Our team comprises experienced professionals, including Chartered Accountants (CAs) and Company Secretaries (CSs), and we focus on delivering practical, reliable, and timely solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team handling incorporation processes
- Oversee end-to-end company incorporation (Private Limited, LLP, etc.)
- Ensure timely completion of compliance and regulatory filings
- Handle client coordination and resolve queries efficiently
- Monitor team performance and ensure quality of deliverables
- Streamline internal processes for better efficiency and productivity
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and implement them within operations
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (CS/CA Inter preferred)
- Proven experience in a CA/CS firm
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a relevant role
- Prior experience in a team handling or managerial role
- Strong understanding of legal entities and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in the MCA portal and compliance-related tools
