📢 We're Hiring — Finance Manager | 8–10 LPA | 5.5 Days
Are you a finance professional who thrives in high-volume reconciliation environments and wants to be part of a fast-growing consumer electronics brand?
We're looking for a Finance Manager to own end-to-end vendor finance operations, drive accuracy, and support our scaling journey.
📍 Location: Dwarka, New Delhi
💼 Experience: 5–8 years
💰 CTC: ₹8–10 LPA
📅 Working Days: 5.5 days/week
🔍 What You'll Own:
→ Vendor ledger reconciliation (invoices, POs, GRNs, debit/credit notes)
→ PQV (Price & Quantity Variation) analysis and reporting
→ Shortage claims management and debit note processing
→ Vendor returns handling and dispute resolution
→ Day-to-day accounting, AP operations & bookkeeping
→ Month-end closing — accruals, provisioning, schedules
→ Budgeting support and expense variance tracking
→ Cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Warehouse & Ops
✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:
→ B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
→ Strong Excel skills — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, MIS
→ Deep understanding of P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) processes
→ Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus
→ Sharp eye for discrepancies and a high ownership mindset
