Hiring: Finance Manager / Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi (Best Business Park)
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA + Variable
Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent
Experience: 3–7 Years (preferred in Financial Management roles)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Finance Manager / CA with strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and audit functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements as per Ind AS
- Handle accounting, auditing, and financial reporting processes
- Support and execute internal audit activities
- Interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders for financial decision-making
Key Skills Required
- Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, accounting & auditing standards
- Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance
- Hands-on experience with financial tools and software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with Big 4 firms (especially EY) will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in financial management / corporate finance roles
