Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Chennai. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes. Key duties include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supervising accounting operations. The role also involves analyzing financial data to support strategic business decisions, collaborating with leadership, and maintaining cost efficiency across hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls
- Experience in accounting operations and cost management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification such as CPA/CA is a strong advantage)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
