Key Responsibilities:
Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, GST, etc.
Maintaining statutory registers and records.
Coordinating with consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
Ensuring timely filing of returns, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Maintaining compliance calendars and tracking due dates.
Assisting in audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
Drafting official correspondence and maintaining compliance documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in Commerce /CA Inter
3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance or statutory functions.
Good understanding of labour laws and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with accounting software and Excel.
- Experience in financial planning, data analysis, and preparing management reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit processes, with the ability to maintain robust internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA, MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar finance leadership role; experience in real estate, hospitality, or student housing is a plus.
