Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization, including preparing financial reports, developing budgets, conducting risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves managing cash flow, monitoring financial performance, guiding strategic investments, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Risk Analysis
- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Tax Compliance
- Analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and solving financial issues
- Experience in Team Management and Leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or machinery industries is an advantage
