Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, manage budgets, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and analyze financial data to guide decision-making. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing cash flow, developing financial strategies, and advising on investment opportunities. The role also involves implementing cost-saving initiatives and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Cash Flow Management, Forecasting, and Developing Financial Strategies
- Knowledge of Compliance Standards, Taxation Policies, and Financial Regulations
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, Financial Modeling, and Excel
- Strong Leadership, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving skills
- Exceptional Communication and Collaboration skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are a plus
