We are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial operations, compliance, and day-to-day financial management as we continue to scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining books of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
- Track cash flow, monitor outstanding receivables, and maintain healthy working capital
- Drive collections by actively engaging with clients on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments while maintaining professional relationships
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and vendors on billing, payment schedules, and financial queries
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with accurate reporting and analysis
- Ensure timely filing and compliance for GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements
- Handle end-to-end audit coordination, including working with external auditors and consultants
- Support international transactions and compliance with a working understanding of US and UK financial frameworks
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business goals
- Build and streamline financial processes, controls, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with leadership on financial insights, cost optimisation, and decision-making
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, and taxation
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation and compliance frameworks
- Practical exposure to international transactions (US/UK preferred)
- Exposure to MEA taxation is an added advantage
- Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets and financial tools
- Experience in AdTech, SaaS, or digital media environments is a plus
