This is an on-site, contract role for a Finance Manager based in Indore. The Finance Manager will oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, implementing strategies for financial optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide fiscal decisions. Additionally, the role will involve managing cash flow, monitoring financial performance metrics, and driving efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
Proficiency in financial reporting, audit processes, and compliance
Experience in strategic financial planning and developing optimization strategies
Knowledge of accounting software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Superior communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or professional certifications such as CPA/CFA are a plus)
