Role Description The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support the firm’s operations and growth. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, preparing management reports, ensuring accurate accounting records, and maintaining compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements. The role will also involve coordinating audits, managing relationships with banks and external partners, and supporting the design of efficient financial processes and controls. The Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership and advisory teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance (e.g., taxation and regulatory requirements).
- Experience with financial systems, Excel, and relevant accounting or ERP software.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data, prepare clear reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and advisory teams.
- Demonstrated capability in process improvement, internal controls, and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or compliance-focused environments is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mangaluru and adapt to a dynamic, globally oriented practice.
