🔹 Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, taxation, audit, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage end-to-end finance functions in a retail environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage taxation matters including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Handle internal & external audits and ensure timely closure
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation processes
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory compliances
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and support business decision-making
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure process improvements

🔹 Key Requirements:

• CA / Semi-Qualified CA with 4–8 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, Audit, Inventory, and Compliance
• Experience in retail or similar industry preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
