- CA Qualified (Mandatory)
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in Top 10 Accounting firm
- Prior experience in UAE/GCC region preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Roles & Responsibilitie
- sManage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
- .Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- .Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- .Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and statutory requirements
- .Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- .Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management
- .Review internal controls and implement process improvements for efficient financial operations
- .Support business decision-making through financial analysis, MIS, and reporting
- .Manage team performance and ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.
