Position: Finance Manager
Location: Thane

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial strategy, capital raising, and overall financial health. The ideal candidate will play a key role in raising funds through financial institutions, investment bankers, and family offices, while building strong relationships with top bankers and investors.
This role will also focus on maintaining a healthy balance sheet, controlling expenses, improving profitability, strengthening creditworthiness, attracting foreign investment, and contributing to a higher company valuation through sound financial planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Raise funds through banks, financial institutions, investment bankers, family offices, and other strategic investors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior bankers, lenders, NBFCs, private investors, and financial partners
• Plan and manage the company’s balance sheet to ensure long-term financial stability
• Monitor, control, and optimize operational and financial expenses
• Drive profitability improvement through effective financial analysis, cost control, and strategic planning
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions efficiently
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for prudent investments and asset creation
• Improve the company’s credit profile and work toward securing strong credit ratings
• Support fundraising for domestic and foreign investment opportunities
• Prepare financial models, investor presentations, and funding proposals
• Lead valuation-support initiatives by improving financial discipline, reporting quality, and investor confidence
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards
• Provide strategic financial inputs to management for expansion, investment, and business growth decisions
Required Qualifications
• CA / MBA Finance / CFA / Equivalent finance qualification
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, fundraising, banking relations, or investment management
• Strong understanding of debt raising, structured finance, financial planning, and investor management
• Experience in dealing with banks, financial institutions, investment bankers, and family offices
• Good knowledge of balance sheet management, profitability improvement, and financial strategy
• Strong financial analysis, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in attracting foreign investment or handling strategic investors will be an added advantage
