Job Title: Finance Manager / Senior Finance Professional
Location: South Region – Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Finance Professional to lead and strengthen our financial operations across South India. This role will act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving financial planning, cost control, and performance insights across multiple ongoing interior design projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project-based accounting, financial governance, and business finance, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Business Partnering
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple cities
- Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with business goals
- Provide insights on revenue, cost optimization, and profitability
- Support decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis
2. Project Finance & Cost Control
- Monitor project-wise budgets, costs, and margins
- Ensure effective cost control across interior design projects
- Track project profitability and highlight financial risks
- Work closely with operations and design teams for financial discipline
3. MIS, Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports and dashboards
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and key business metrics
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive data-backed decision-making across departments
4. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow planning and fund allocation
- Ensure timely vendor payments and receivables tracking
- Optimize working capital and liquidity position
- Maintain financial stability across projects and locations
5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial closures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Implement strong financial controls and governance practices
6. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, Procurement)
- Act as a finance partner to leadership and city heads
- Ensure alignment between financial processes and business execution
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Qualified / CA Inter (Preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 4+ years in Interior Design / Construction / Project-based industry
- Experience managing multi-location financial operations is preferred
