ABOUT THE ROLE
As Teevra scales from a scrappy studio to a structured media company, finance needs to grow with it. This role owns the financial backbone - from monthly reporting and invoicing hygiene to budget management across multi-retainer client engagements. You'll work closely with the founders to bring financial clarity to a fast-moving creative business.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Monthly P&L preparation and financial reporting to founders
Invoicing, receivables tracking, and follow-ups across all client accounts
Vendor payment management and cash flow monitoring
Budget planning and variance tracking across projects and verticals
GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with CA/auditors
Payroll processing and statutory compliance
Contract and commercial document management - retainer agreements, POs, amendments
Financial dashboards and MIS for founder decision-making
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
CA (inter or final), MBA Finance, or B.Com with strong practical exposure
Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar - and comfortable building Excel models
Experience managing multi-client invoicing and retainer structures is a plus
Prior exposure to media, creative agencies, or services businesses preferred
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable flagging issues before they become problems
