The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, taxation, and financial strategy for Teceze’s global business operations.
The role requires a strong understanding of finance operations within IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and technology-driven business environments. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, commercial acumen, process orientation, and the ability to support leadership with strategic financial insights.
This role will work closely with executive leadership, sales, operations, procurement, HR, legal, and global delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop business financial models, profitability analysis, and growth projections.
- Analyze revenue streams, gross margins, operational costs, and profitability by business unit.
- Provide strategic financial insights to leadership for business decision-making.
- Monitor financial KPIs and prepare executive dashboards.
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll coordination
- Cash flow management
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Supervise accounting teams and finance operations processes.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- ROC filings
- Statutory audits
- International taxation requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage vendor compliance and contract financial validation.
Global Finance Operations
- Handle multi-country finance coordination and reporting.
- Support international invoicing, currency management, and global financial operations.
- Monitor overseas entity transactions and cross-border financial activities.
- Ensure financial process standardization across global operations.
Strategic Business Finance
- Partner with leadership teams on:
- Business expansion planning
- Investment analysis
- Cost optimization
- Commercial structuring
- Pricing strategy
- Revenue forecasting
- Support M&A evaluation, strategic partnerships, and global expansion initiatives.
- Drive financial efficiency and automation initiatives.
Procurement & Vendor Financial Management
- Manage financial governance related to:
- OEM procurement
- Vendor payments
- Distribution finance
- Technology licensing costs
- Partner commercial agreements
- Work closely with strategic alliances and procurement teams to optimize commercial structures.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare:
- Monthly MIS reports
- P&L statements
- Balance Sheets
- Cash flow reports
- Variance analysis
- Revenue and expense forecasting
- Present financial performance reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop automation and reporting improvements using ERP and BI tools.
Required Experience
Mandatory
- 7–15+ years of experience in:
- Corporate Finance
- Accounting
- FP&A
- Financial Operations
- Compliance & Taxation
- Experience in IT services, technology, managed services, SaaS, or enterprise services environments.
- Strong understanding of Indian taxation and financial regulations.
- Experience managing financial operations for fast-growing organizations.
