We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily financial operations and accounting activities
* Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and budget analysis
* Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
* Handle financial forecasting and business planning
* Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and financial regulations
* Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants
* Analyze financial performance and suggest improvements
* Supervise accounting team and maintain internal controls
* Support management with strategic financial decisions
* Monitor receivables, payables, and fund management
Requirements
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
* CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
* 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.)
* Good analytical and leadership skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving ability
