Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in New Delhi. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure organizational success. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The role involves leading and coordinating with finance teams to achieve operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Auditing practices, and compliance requirements
- Strong skills in Taxation, Financial Planning, and Risk Management
- Proficient in the use of Financial Software and ERP Systems
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in managing diverse portfolios or working in Hotel/Hospitality sector is a plus
