Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Finance Manager, based in New Delhi. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Primary responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, improving financial processes, and providing recommendations to support company growth. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with tax planning, audits, and strategic financial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting
- Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Strong understanding of tax planning, auditing principles, and financial controls
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is an advantage)
- Prior experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industry is a plus
