Role Overview
Lead and manage the company’s financial planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance functions to support business growth and operational efficiency. The role focuses on budgeting, cash flow management, financial controls, and ensuring compliance across healthcare and pharmaceutical operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
• Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Track business profitability, cost controls, and margin analysis
• Support leadership with financial insights for decision-making
• Ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or distribution industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls
• Familiarity with Tally, ERP, or accounting software preferred
