Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Finance Manager to join our team at our Mohali location.
The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health by managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role involves monitoring and analysing financial data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic advice to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing cash flow, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements
- Strong skills in Risk Management and Cash Flow Management
- Expertise with Financial Software and Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making Abilities
- Strong Communication Skills, Leadership Capabilities, and Team Management Experience
- CPA, CFA, CA or relevant financial certification (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role within a product-based or manufacturing company is a plus.
