🏨 WE’RE HIRING | FINANCE MANAGER
Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Business
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Package: ₹7–10 LPA (Depending on experience & fit)
💼 Experience: 3–6 Years
🎓 Qualification: CA – Mandatory
🕐 Employment: Full-Time
We’re looking for a Chartered Accountant to take ownership of the finance function across our growing short-term rental portfolio.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end finance & accounting operations
• Handle Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip & OTA reconciliations
• Prepare P&L, MIS, cash-flow reports & financial statements
• Track property-level revenue, profitability, ADR, occupancy & RevPAR
• Manage AP/AR, vendor payments, expenses & reconciliations
• Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control & financial processes
• Identify financial leakages and strengthen internal controls
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ CA with 3–5 years post-qualification experience
✅ Hospitality / Hotels / Airbnb / Vacation Rentals experience preferred
✅ Strong accounting, taxation & financial analysis skills
✅ Multi-property finance & OTA settlement experience is a plus
✅ Excellent Excel/Google Sheets & accounting software skills
